did have a couple of minor hiccups during our stay. The hotel offered an impressive array of breakfast options, and the staff was incredibly accommodating to our family's needs. However, being close to some industrial areas did impact the overall ambiance a bit.

The staff were incredibly nice during my two-night stay! They genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The family room was spacious, offering a separate area for kids that really helped with comfort. Plus, the spa experience was fantastic — truly a highlight of the trip! I really appreciated the beautiful garden views, which provided a serene atmosphere.

However, the location felt a bit remote, which made accessing local attractions somewhat challenging.

The highlight of my stay was the amazing food, especially the Cretan specialties offered at the buffet. 😍 The only downside was the cold sea water, which made swimming uncomfortable at times.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay in a Family Room! Enjoyed daily breakfasts packed with variety. The pools are well-maintained and perfect for kids. Top tip, don’t miss the nearby bus station for easy trips into Heraklion. Prepare for adventure but leave the rocky beach shoes at home.

we had an amazing time at apollonia beach resort & spa. the garden was stunning with informative signs about the trees. the food was top-notch, especially the cretan dishes. we loved the poolside cafeteria's fast food options. beach access was easy, and our family room was comfortable.
